Order Processing: Our workshop elves need 1-2 business days to prepare your magical items for their journey.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – arrives within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 – arrives within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Delivery Areas: We ship worldwide (except Asia and certain remote regions) to spread doll magic across the globe!

If your doll or dollhouse doesn’t delight, we’ll make it right within 15 days of delivery! Our policy applies to customers worldwide (excluding Asia and remote areas) who purchased using Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal.
Return Conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase required
- Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened doll playsets with small accessories
- Personalized or custom-made dolls
- Cloth & Rag Dolls that have been removed from packaging

💰 Refund Magic
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our error
