Our return policy applies to customers worldwide (except Asia and certain remote areas) who purchased from saledollsdollhouses.com using Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal.

🏰 Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase required
  • Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery

🚫 Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened doll playsets with small accessories
  • Personalized or custom-made dolls
  • Cloth & Rag Dolls that have been removed from packaging

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

💰 Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
