Are your dolls suitable for all ages?
Our dolls range from soft, cuddly options perfect for toddlers to more detailed fashion dolls and playsets recommended for children ages 3+. Each product listing includes specific age recommendations to help you choose the perfect toy for your little one.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
While we don’t currently offer gift wrapping, we take special care with every package to ensure your dolls and dollhouses arrive in perfect condition, ready to delight their new owner! Our packaging is designed to maintain the magic until the big reveal.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We’re proud to offer worldwide delivery to most locations! Currently, we’re unable to ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia. All orders are processed from our San Antonio headquarters at 4425 Fidler Drive within 1-2 business days.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two magical shipping options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Fast & trackable via DHL or FedEx, arriving 10-15 days after dispatch – perfect for birthdays or holidays!
- Free Shipping: Budget-friendly EMS delivery (15-25 days after dispatch) for orders over $50 – ideal when stocking up on multiple items!
Will I need to pay customs fees?
Customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. We declare all packages appropriately to ensure smooth customs clearance. While we can’t predict or cover these fees, we keep our declared values accurate to help minimize any surprises.
Payments & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) as well as PayPal for secure, convenient checkout. Your payment information is processed securely, and we never store your full payment details.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get those smiles to you faster! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the shipping process.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want every child (and parent!) to be completely happy with their Toy Promotion purchase. You may return items within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in original condition with all packaging. Simply email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] to initiate your return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.

Do I need an account to place an order?
